“Leader of the year” event was organized on the 23rd November 2021.

The agenda of the event was to declare the winner of “Leader of the year ” award for the duration from July 2020 to July 2021.
The start of BMS was in 2003 in Oman, and today it has come a long way, as it is considered to be one of the most important companies in AlNaji group, led by our great leader Dr.Ammar Alnaji, Moreover, the idea behind event was honouring those who have been giving the company their best and going an extra step and an extra mile.
The spark of the leader of the year program has first launched in July 2020, where we celebrate the winning leader of the year where leaders were chosen every 3 months and each leader chosen is rewarded.
According to the evaluation of all the leaders, Mrs. Tamara Al Omari, scored the highest marks and won the title “LEADER OF THE YEAR” for this season.
Tamara has joined the company in the 17th of April in 2011, at that time, she was a fresh graduate, who started her career as a coordinator to then the general manager, Dr. Ammar. progressively, she climbed the ladder of success and then became a manager until today, she is the chairman assistant and his right hand inside the office.
Tamara has taken it upon herself to prove her existence in the company, as she was ready to observe, learn and complete every task given to her. very important note should be mentioned here, that Tamara does not need to be reminded of her work repeatedly.
Tamara has supervised multiple projects and business work for Alnaji group, which was a reason among many other reasons why she is where she is today, the 10 years she spent in her work with the company are a good proof that the hard work pays off.
As we all know the last two years 2020-2021 were a very tough time for the whole world, and during these difficult times Tamara has proven her ability to face any upcoming challenges that herself or the company may ever face, she truly was the great leader everyone expected her to be ,she was a reason of the many reasons to organize the structure of the company and to identify the points of strengths and weaknesses, Tamara has also played an important role in the in the registration of the companies and products that BMS is considered to be an agent for, especially in Tarrasud an application by the MOH.
Beside from that Tamara has always been a great negotiator and representor of the company with both the local, and international working partners as well as coordinating external company projects.

All the previously mentioned qualities reflected on her own performance as well as the company’s performance throughout the years and especially the last two, which guaranteed her place as the leader of the year among the other nominees, so she is truly well deserved.
